Mountain Top provides labor coverage across installed work and separate material coverage for gutter materials. Keeping them separate makes the covered scope clear.
Mountain Top labor
Three-year labor warranty on installed work
Applies across installed work. The written quote and warranty terms define coverage, exclusions, transferability and claim steps.
Gutter materials
Twenty-year material warranty on gutter materials
Applies to gutter materials only. It is not a blanket material warranty for roofs, siding, windows, trim, soffit or fascia.
Three layers that should never be blurred
The labor warranty is Mountain Top’s promise about installed work. The gutter material warranty is limited to gutter materials. A manufacturer warranty is a third layer and follows the exact product chosen.
Product manufacturers publish their own product-specific terms. Those may cover frames, panels, finish, glass or another component for different periods. Mountain Top keeps those product-specific terms separate rather than presenting one blanket coverage period.
Before work begins, the quote should name the product and the applicable written terms. Keep that paperwork with the final invoice; it is the cleanest record of who covers what.
